Shelby Wear Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

- Undergarments
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
2. Return Process
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at shelbywearhr@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to send back your items.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the inspection and processing of your refund.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, store credit will be issued.
- Notification: You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
4. Exchanges
- Direct Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Report Issues: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Resolution: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and send a replacement item at no additional cost, or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.
6. Final Sale Items
- Non-Returnable: All items marked as "Sale" cannot be returned or refunded.
7. International Returns
- Policy: International customers must cover the return shipping costs. Duties, taxes, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
