- Cost: Free for orders over $100; $9.99 flat rate for orders under $100

Expedited Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 7-12 business days
- Cost: $19.99 flat rate
- Carrier: UPS or FedEx
International Shipping

- Carrier: USPS, DHL, or FedEx
Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier's website using this number.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at shelbywearhr@gmail.com, and we will initiate a claim with the carrier.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
