Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping:

  • Cost: Free for orders over $100; $9.99 flat rate for orders under $100
  • Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx

Expedited Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 7-12 business days
  • Cost: $19.99 flat rate
  • Carrier: UPS or FedEx

International Shipping

Standard International Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 9-19 business days
  • Cost: $9.99 flat rate
  • Carrier: USPS, DHL, or FedEx

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier's website using this number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at shelbywearhr@gmail.com, and we will initiate a claim with the carrier.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
